- All information for tours and services listed - descriptions, itineraries, pricing, inclusions/exclusions, additional terms & conditions - are listed on their respective tour or service section of the website. By submitting this form, you agree that you have thoroughly studied and understood what you are undertaking to purchase and pay for.
- You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our General Terms & Conditions.
- Kindly ensure that you have provided as much information as possible, and where some details are still unavailable or unsure, do let us know as well.
- Kindly note that our standard response time for web bookings is within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), and by the next working day (Sat-Sun & Public Holidays). For last minute bookings (less than 2 working days before tour/service), kindly contact our sales & support telephone numbers found here.
- Upon receipt of booking, we will contact you via email to confirm your desired tours and services booked and provide you with a final tally. Once all points are settled, we shall proceed to issue an online invoice via Paypal which has to be settled by you upon receipt, in order to secure the booking.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, a booking for which an online invoice has been unpaid for more than 5 days since being issued or 3 days before tour, whichever is sooner, will be released for other possible bookings.
